Who this applies to
This policy applies to services bought from Kahwat.com ("we", "us"). If your signed proposal or agreement says something different, the proposal or agreement applies. Questions can be sent to hello@kahwat.com.
Monthly growth plans
Our monthly plans (Hustler, Agency Pro, Growth Max, and Enterprise plans billed monthly) are billed at the start of each month, for the month ahead. Our team's time for that month is set aside for you when it begins, so once a billing month has started, its fee is not refunded, in full or in part.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by email to hello@kahwat.com, giving 30 days' notice. There is no minimum number of months.
- The notice period. Your plan ends 30 days after we receive your notice. Work continues until then, and the time up to that date is billed as normal. Fees for months that have already started are not refunded.
- Changing plans. Moving to a larger or smaller plan takes effect from the next billing month.
Advertising spend
Money spent on advertising is paid by you directly to the ad platforms (for example Google and Meta) from ad accounts your business owns. It is not paid to us and is not covered by this policy. Any refund, credit or dispute about ad spend is between you and the platform, under its own terms.
Projects
Websites, custom software, CRM builds, mobile apps and other projects are scoped and quoted in writing, usually phase by phase, before work starts. The payment and cancellation terms in your proposal apply to that project.
Courses
Course fees are non-refundable once paid, including if you are unable to attend or decide not to complete the course. If we cancel a course ourselves, you can choose a place on a later date or a full refund of the fee you paid.
Third-party costs
Costs we pay to other providers on your behalf, such as domain names, hosting, app store accounts and software subscriptions, follow those providers' own refund rules.
How refunds are paid
Where a refund is due under this policy or your agreement, it is paid to the account the payment came from, in the currency it was paid in.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. The version in force when you bought a service applies to that purchase.
