Who we are
Kahwat.com ("we", "us") runs kahwat.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions about it can be sent to hello@kahwat.com.
What we collect
- Details you send us. When you request a call we receive your name, phone or WhatsApp number, company, the service you are interested in and, if you give it, your email address.
- How you found us. With your enquiry we record the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example from an advertisement).
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you agree to them. See Cookies below.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To provide the services you ask us for.
- To understand which of our marketing channels bring in enquiries.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are stored in our own database at our hosting provider, and an alert about each one is emailed to our team. We share your data only with service providers who help us run this website and handle enquiries, such as our hosting and email providers, and only for those purposes. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google and Meta also receive the information described below. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
The site works fully without optional cookies. When you first visit, you choose whether to allow them; nothing optional is loaded until you do, and "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all".
- Essential. Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask on every page, and so is light or dark mode if you switch it. Neither is sent to us. Your browser also keeps, for the current visit only, which page you landed on and which ad or link brought you, so it can be sent with an enquiry.

Analytics (optional). Google Analytics measures which pages people visit and how they found
us. It sets cookies whose names start with
_ga. -
Marketing (optional). Google Ads and the Meta Pixel measure which ads lead to enquiries, so we
spend less on ads that don't work. They set cookies such as
_gcl_au,_fbpand_fbc.
We also keep a record of each choice on our server (a random ID, the choice made and the date) so we can show how consent was given. It contains no name and no IP address. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we remove the cookies those tools set on this site. Only the tools that are switched on for this site are offered in the cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw any consent you have given. To do any of these, or to raise a grievance, email hello@kahwat.com. We will respond as required by law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
